There's an added personal reward in working for a Charity, NGO or other body which is working for social good. I made that choice 3 years ago - to be the in-house Designer for the Irish Jesuits at the Jesuit Communication Centre in Dublin and it's proved to me that this sort of work feels like so much more than just a job.
